Timberline Adds a Fifth Location in Braintree, Massachusetts
Timberline Enterprises has purchased the assets of Braintree Lumber Company. The single-location acquisition is the next step in Timberline’s commitment to growth and service, according to Timberline president and CEO Chris Costello. “We are very excited to welcome Braintree Lumber to the Timberline family of companies and we believe that the synergies between the two organizations are going to help us to continue to create the superb customer-centric, service-oriented model our clients have come to expect and appreciate”.
Since it’s beginning in 1920, Braintree Lumber has been providing quality products and excellent service to builders and contractors in eastern Massachusetts. Because of its 100 year history, standing in the community, and brand recognition on the South Shore, the location will continue to operate using the Braintree Lumber name.
Patrick Kenefick from Braintree Lumber is excited about the future. “What we can look forward to as Timberline’s newest branch is the availability and accessibility to more extensive product lines. With our combined forces we can deliver more products to more of our customers at a quicker pace. We will also have an outside sales staff that you can contact personally with any questions regarding your projects and plans”.
